and Equinor. At Devon Energy, she served as a Production Technologist, collaborating with field
operators and engineers to resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency—an
experience that reflects her ability to work across disciplines and drive results. Her key strengths
include well planning coordination, cross-functional team collaboration, and regulatory and
safety compliance in oilfield operations.

A lifelong resident of Williston, North Dakota, LeNae is married and the proud mother of three
daughters—two stepdaughters and one biological daughter. The family loves spending time
together at the lake and attending sporting events. LeNae is also a dedicated community
volunteer, supporting local organizations and events—something she considers a deeply
rewarding part of her life outside of work. In her free time, she enjoys camping and fishing with
her family, playing volleyball, and competing in darts.
