# Phoenix Energy

> Phoenix Energy One, LLC (doing business as Phoenix Energy, formerly Phoenix Capital Group Holdings, LLC) is an oil and gas exploration and production company founded in 2019, focused on the Williston Basin of North Dakota and Montana. It operates a three-pronged strategy: direct drilling (via Phoenix Operating), mineral rights/royalty acquisition, and non-operated working interests. Phoenix Energy also offers fixed-rate corporate bonds and notes to investors.
