2026 Bakken Rocks Cookfest

Phoenix Energy Joins Community at 2026 Bakken Rocks CookFest

Phoenix Energy joined community members and fellow Bakken operators at the 2026 Bakken Rocks CookFest in Powers Lake, North Dakota. The annual event brings together oil and gas companies, local residents, and families for barbecue, live music, children’s activities, and opportunities to learn more about the Bakken energy industry.

Connecting Beyond the Well Site

While much of Phoenix Energy’s work takes place in the field, events like CookFest provide an opportunity to connect with neighbors outside of day-to-day oil and gas operations.

Members of the Phoenix Energy team, alongside Creedence Energy Services, spent the afternoon serving food, meeting community members, and enjoying conversations with attendees of all ages. Families explored vendor booths, children participated in games and activities, and local residents had the chance to learn more about the companies helping develop the Bakken.

“One of the best parts of working in the Bakken is getting to be part of the communities where we operate,” said Phoenix Energy Director of Bakken Regulatory Tori Siemieniewski. “CookFest creates an opportunity to spend time together outside of work, and we’re grateful to everyone who stopped by our booth.”

For Phoenix Energy, participating in events like CookFest reflects the company’s appreciation for the communities where its employees live and work.
