Devin Kueper is a Document Specialist in the Business Operations department at Phoenix Energy. Her background spans three distinct fields—serving as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in the Army Reserves, a Hydro Technician at Granite Peak Fabrication, and a Phlebotomist at Wyoming Health Fairs—a combination that reflects her adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges. Through her military service, Devin developed strong documentation and records management skills, maintaining detailed maintenance logs, tracking recurring issues across vehicles, and on more than one occasion stepping up to recreate critical documents from scratch due to her reputation as the most organized and knowledgeable member of her unit. A personal highlight from that time was being selected as Platoon Leader during training.

Devin is a quick learner who thrives in collaborative environments, and what she values most about Phoenix Energy is the closeness of the team and the way everyone shows up for one another. She is focused on building a lasting career at the company and growing into greater responsibility over time, bringing a fresh perspective and a steady, dependable presence to the team.

Originally from Douglas, Wyoming, Devin is close with her two younger siblings despite the gap in their the gap in their ages. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading, fishing, hiking, and playing video games.
