Prior to joining Phoenix Energy, Justin worked as an Accounting Assistant at HomeSmart Evergreen and as a Staff Accountant at Acra Lending, gaining broad experience in corporate accounting operations. He is known for his curiosity, eagerness to learn, and genuine enthusiasm for expanding his knowledge of the industry.

Born in Fountain Valley, California, Justin grew up in Irvine and is proud of his Vietnamese heritage—his parents immigrated to the U.S. and instilled in him a strong work ethic. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing sports, attending music concerts, and building custom keyboards.
