Lisa Schneider is an Imaging Specialist on Phoenix Energy’s Land team with four years of industry experience. She holds an Associate of Science in Information Technology and joined Phoenix full time in March 2025 after several years as a contractor. Prior to working in land services, Lisa spent 16 years managing a local Dairy Queen, where she developed strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

In her role, Lisa thrives on meeting deadlines and managing a consistent workload while conducting land research in county courthouses. She enjoys the challenge of researching documents both digitally and in person and is known for her adaptability in different field environments. Her career goal is to contribute to the development of an in-house title department by supporting accurate data collection and organization.

Born and raised in Belfield, North Dakota, Lisa is a proud mother and grandmother who considers her family her greatest accomplishment. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing hand-embroidered baby blankets and building with Legos. At Phoenix Energy, she is focused on supporting the Land team by collecting the documents needed to help projects move forward efficiently.
