Luke Ketter

With over 11 years of experience in the oil and gas industry—spanning engineering and land management—Luke Ketter brings a strong technical foundation and hands-on field knowledge to Phoenix. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering with a Geology minor from the University of Kansas. His early career included field engineering roles in cementing and hydraulic fracturing across Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming, North Dakota, and even Saudi Arabia.

Transitioning into land work, Luke has spent the last 4.5 years sharpening his skills in title research, project management, and mentoring the next generation of land professionals. His attention to detail and due diligence have been instrumental in executing several multi-million-dollar deals.

Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Luke is a proud husband and dog dad who enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and continuing to learn. He is committed to helping Phoenix Energy grow by efficiently managing land operations, developing talent, and contributing to the company’s long-term success.
