Maria Sandoval is the Office Manager for Phoenix Energy’s California location, bringing over 17 years of diverse experience in administration, recruiting, real estate, and operations. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and holds both a Real Estate License and a Certified Notary Public credential.

Throughout her career, Maria has held key roles such as Office Manager at a veterans-focused consulting firm and served in dual capacities as Corporate Recruiter and Executive Assistant for prominent companies, including HULU, JetSuite, and Kyocera. A career highlight includes leading HULU’s headquarters relocation from Santa Monica to San Antonio, where she successfully recruited nearly 400 employees across three major projects.

Maria is known for her strong decision-making skills, problem-solving abilities, and emotional intelligence. She excels in environments where reliability, collaboration, and efficiency are valued and takes pride in being a dependable support to her team.

Born in the Bay Area and raised in Austin, TX, Maria comes from a bilingual Spanish-speaking household. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors with her family, and nurturing her passion for law.
