Neal Martin is a Senior Production Engineer in the Execution and Operations Department at Phoenix Energy, bringing over 11 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He earned his degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and has since built a strong background in optimizing production operations. Before joining Phoenix Energy, Neal worked as a Senior Production Engineer at Enerplus and held roles in business development and operations at Liberty Resources, where he specialized in artificial lift optimization, LOE reduction, and tracking.

Neal is passionate about teamwork and problem-solving, thriving in environments where collaboration leads to efficient, safe, and effective solutions. He enjoys tackling challenges that push operations to perform at their best, aligning closely with Phoenix Energy’s focus on innovation and performance. His goal is to continue expanding his technical expertise while helping the company exceed production targets and maintain cost-effective operations.

Originally from Louisville, Colorado, Neal now resides in Erie, Colorado with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and coaching his children in various sports.
