Santiago Rodriguez is a Sr. Landman at Phoenix Operating with 19 years of experience in both field and in-house land roles. With a background that includes trade school, manufacturing technology studies, and geology, Santiago has built a diverse and respected career in land management. His expertise spans title review, mineral transactions, regulatory compliance, leasing acquisition, stakeholder relations, and more.

Santiago is known for his strong interpersonal skills and meticulous approach to solving complex land-related challenges. A notable highlight of his career includes successfully identifying and securing key leasehold in Weld County to expand a horizontal drilling program, while also helping lead town hall meetings to foster transparency and earn community trust.

Originally from Rockford, IL, but having lived in Colorado since 1981, Santiago is a devoted husband and father of four, and a proud grandfather. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, rafting, mountain biking, climbing, fishing, and exploring the desert Southwest. He brings enthusiasm, energy, and a team-oriented mindset to Phoenix, with a passion for contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
