Ryan Duman brings 27 years of financial industry experience to his role as Vice President of Capital Markets at Phoenix Energy. A graduate with a BS in Business Management and Finance, Ryan built the foundation of his career on Wall Street at UBS, where he rose to the rank of Senior Vice President at just 23 years old — a milestone that reflects both his drive and his early command of the business. His career has since spanned private equity, credit, and sales leadership, including a tenure running a sales team for a family office and hedge fund out of Memphis before returning to Phoenix Energy.

Ryan’s greatest professional passion lies in the relationships he builds with investors. For him, the work goes beyond transactions — it’s about getting to know people personally, understanding their goals, and helping them achieve real financial success. With deep expertise in relationship building, sales strategy, and team leadership, Ryan is focused on contributing meaningfully to the Capital Markets team and being a part of Phoenix Energy’s continued growth for the long haul.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Ryan is the proud father of three sons, ages 22, 19, and 17. Much of his time outside the office has been spent on the baseball diamond — he has coached youth baseball for many years and counts watching former players go on to get drafted and play in the MLB among his greatest personal achievements. When he’s not cheering on his sons at their games, Ryan stays active with a daily workout and gets out on the golf course when time allows.
