Becki Zugg is a Surface Land Administrator in the Land department at Phoenix Energy, bringing over 15 years of experience in administration and management across multiple industries. Prior to joining Phoenix Energy, she spent 2.5 years as an office administrator, nine years as a General Manager of a restaurant, and 11 years in management at a wholesale club. That breadth of experience has sharpened her into a highly detail-oriented, organized professional with strong time management and interpersonal skills. A standout achievement from her career in restaurant management was designing and implementing a new inventory control process that delivered precise COGS tracking—a system the owner was impressed enough to roll out across all of his locations.

Becki is energized by learning and by the people around her. She is eager to absorb everything she can about the land department and is focused on becoming a reliable, knowledgeable asset to Ashleigh and the broader Phoenix Energy team. She hopes to bring her administrative strengths to bear in ways that keep the team organized and moving forward.

Originally from Billings, Montana, Becki has been married for 22 years and is the proud mother of two sons—with a daughter-in-law joining the family in June. Outside of work, she loves yard work, gardening, crafting, DIY projects, golfing, and playing board games with her family.
