Stephanie Spurlock is a Senior Land Technician in the Land department at Phoenix Energy, bringing over 16 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Her career includes a decade at Noble Energy working across multiple basins including the DJ Basin, three years at DJR Energy in Land supporting the San Juan Basin, and two years at Oxy in Engineering within the DJ Basin. Her expertise spans land administration, lease and contract records, owner relations, and drilling unit document preparation in coordination with State, Federal, and BIA entities.

Stephanie brings deep institutional knowledge and hands-on experience navigating the complex regulatory and administrative landscape of oil and gas land operations. Her breadth of basin experience and longstanding industry relationships position her as a valuable asset to Phoenix Energy’s Land team.

In her free time, Stephanie loves getting out into the Colorado mountains with her dog, family, and friends-snowboarding, hiking, and fishing whenever the opportunity arises.
